The moldy peaches was an anti-folk band founded by Kimya Dawson and Adam Green which kinda formed between 1994 and 2004. With the exception of Adam and Kimya, the band changed from 4 to 6 members, and various band-mates were exchanged for new faces several times. The band disbanded in 2004, but rebanded for a 2007-08 publicity tour for the movie Juno. The soundtrack for the movie contained music written and performed by the band as well as solo performances by the two leads. Both leads have multiple solo albums.
